The BI-45W-RL ring light runs on battery or multi-voltage AC power so it's as effective in the field as it is at home or in the office. Variable color temperature adjustment from 3200 to 5600K allows your subject to be lit with the warmth of a tungsten bulb, the brilliance of bright daylight, and everything in between. Create realistic lighting or match the ambient light of an existing environment. The light is bright enough for select broadcast applications and with 0-100% adjustable brightness, it's easy to create the perfect look for your video or livestream.
The dedicated wireless remote can control all of the light's settings from up to 50' away and features a save function that recalls existing settings the next time the light is powered up.
The flex arm has a spring-loaded clamp that holds any smartphone up to 3.25" wide at the center of the ring light. For ultimate functionality, cold shoe and 1/4"-20 accessory mounts provide multiple attachment points for items like an accessory arm, small photo or video accessories, a makeup mirror, or a camera with an optional mini ball head.
The four-section light stand can be set up almost anywhere and used as a stable platform for interesting and eye-catching camera angles. It has an adjustable height from 15.7 to 58.5" so it can be used to record while you are sitting or standing. The stand weighs just 2.4 lb, making it easy to store or transport to locations.

Ring light improves game night!
Ever since COVID, our Weekly Board Game Night was converted into Remote Weekly Board Game Night via Zoom. It was tough to come up with an appropriate lighting setup, as faces and game pieces were often dark and shadowy in the video because of lighting that was overhead and slightly behind us. We would often move a very heavy floor lamp from another room to try to improve the lighting, but it was only a minor improvement. Finally someone suggested we try a ring light. Most ring lights are small and provide harsh lighting, but the Angler Bi-Color LED Ring Light Kit (14) is the perfect solution for us. Since the kit includes a stand, we were able to situate the light well above us so that it isn't in our faces when we are playing. The temperature and brightness adjustments are great. Instead of just having a few fixed settings (like low, medium, and high), this ring light has continuous adjustments so we can set it to provide just the right lighting for our situation. Making these adjustments via the included remote control is awesome! No need to keep getting up and down to make changes. You can even save your favorite settings so that when you turn it off and turn it back on, it is set just the way you like it! Everything is quick and easy to setup and breakdown. Lots of adjustments to get the light exactly where you want it. The stand folds so compact that it easily fits in the included padded storage/travel bag. Really really happy with this addition to our Remote Weekly Board Game Night via Zoom! This is a great solution that we never would have thought of on our own. Great mid-size ring light kit
The Angler Bi-Color 14 Ring Light Kit is a lightweight compact kit that is great for video calls or single-person content creation. It gives off a nice soft color-accurate light that you can quickly adjust power or color temperature with the built-in knobs. I really like that it can be battery powered by Sony batteries. If you are using your phone with it there is a USB port so you can charge your phone as you use it which is a nice touch. It also comes with a nice carrying case, a small light stand, and a wireless remote for easy hands-free adjustments. Overall this is a nice inexpensive ring light kit. Nice bi-color ring light, contains everything you need
Well made, affordable ring light and really bright for its size. This is very versatile and comes with everything you would need. I love that it is bi-color so it can be used in a room with indoor warm (3200) lighting or if there is daylight in the room, you can use it with the daylight (5600) setting. And since the color temperature adjustment is on a dial, you can set the color to anything in between also. The dimmer dial is very responsive which is nice, makes dialing in the brightness a snap. The arm for the phone feels secure and has just enough tension to put the camera where you want it to be and it will stay there. It can run on ac power out of a wall socket or use it with the NP-F batteries, which I have a bunch of and are affordable. I love having that option. The remote is a very nice touch considering this is great for a single user set-up. Just put the light where you want it and you can make your adjustments while standing in position watching the changes happen on your phone or monitor. The remote allows you to change brightness and color temperature and also has presets to make things even more easier. The kit comes with its own stand that folds up very small and fits right in the provided case. That is fantastic. I love having a case to keep everything secure and free from damage on transport. Having a case also guarantees everything you need is there, so nothing gets lost. But having a small enough case to fit the stand is just the best. I really love that. Such a great package. Great light & stand....remote not so great
Light worked out perfect as did the stand. The remote only works about 40-50 percent of the time. Unfortunately the spot I need this setup in is really tight and hard to reach so it's not worth it to me to send back the WHOLE package to get a replacement remote so I'm just going to use the control knobs on the light itself which works fine.
Improve Your Looks when Zooming
Uneven illumination degrades the appearance of many people when they ZOOM. This easy to set up and use ring light is a very effective and economical solution. I position it as an overhead light near my laptop and it is totally effective in providing uniform illumination of faces. The wireless remote is very handy and can be used to adjust intensity and color temperature. I choose the warmer tones.
