ANALOG DEVICES MAX4478AUD+T Operational Amplifier, Rail to Rail Output, Wide Band, 4 Channels, 10 MHz, 3 V/µs, 2.7V to 5.5V

The MAX4478AUD+T is a low noise, low distortion, wide band, rail to rail operational amplifier (op-amp) in 14 pin TSSOP package. This quad op-amp with 10MHz gain bandwidth (GBW) operates in single supply and draws 2.2mA of quiescent supply current per amplifier at VDD = 3V while featuring ultra low distortion of 0.0002% THD+N as well as low input voltage noise density of 4.5nV/?Hz and low input current-noise density of 0.5fA/?Hz. This feature makes the device an ideal choice for applications that require low distortion and/or low noise. It is used in ADC buffers, DAC output amplifiers, low noise microphone/preamplifiers, digital scales and strain gauges/sensor amplifiers.

• Input offset current of ±1pA
