Product Overview
LTC2630AHSC6-HZ12#TRMPBF is a 10bit voltage output DAC with an integrated, high-accuracy, 10ppm/°C low-drift reference. The LTC2630-H has a full-scale output of 4.096V and operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply. The parts use a simple SPI/MICROWIRE� compatible 3-wire serial interface which operates at clock rates up to 50MHz. The LTC2630 incorporates a power-on reset circuit. Applications include mobile communications, process control and industrial automation, automatic test equipment, portable equipment, and automotive.

- Double-buffered data latches, 10bit resolution
- 4.096V full scale voltage internal reference mode, reset to zero-scale (power on reset)
- Integral nonlinearity is ±0.5LSB typical at (VCC = 5V, internal ref, TA = 25°C)
- Offset error is ±0.5mV typical at (VCC = 5V, internal ref, TA = 25°C)
- Voltage output slew rate is 1.0V/µs typical at (TA = 25°C, VCC = 4.5V to 5.5V)
- Power supply rejection ratio is -80dB typical at (VCC = 5V ±10%)
- Supply current is 180µA typical at (VCC = 5V, supply as reference)
- Supply current in power-down mode is 0.36µA typical at (VCC = 5V, TA = 25°C, VCC = 4.5V to 5.5V)
- Automotive temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, 6-lead SC70 package
