ANALOG DEVICES LTC1474CS8-3.3#PBF DC-DC Switching Buck Regulator, Fixed, 3 to 18V in, 3.3V / 0.325A Out, SOIC-8

LTC1474CS8-3.3#PBF is a high-efficiency stepdown converter with internal P-channel MOSFET power switches that draw only 10µA typical DC supply current at no load while maintaining the output voltage. It uses logic-controlled shutdown. The low supply current, coupled with Burst Mode� operation, enables the device to maintains high efficiency over a wide range of loads. These features, along with their capability of 100% duty cycle for low dropout and wide input supply range, make the device ideal for moderate current (up to 300mA) battery-powered applications. Applications include cellular telephones and wireless modems, 4mA to 20mA current loop step-down converter, portable instruments, battery-operated digital devices, battery chargers, inverting converters, and intrinsic safety applications.

• Output voltage load regulation is 2mV typical at (ILOAD = 0mA to 50mA, TA = 25°C)
• Switch leakage current is 1µA maximum at (VIN = 18V, VSW = 0V, VRUN = 0V, TA = 25°C)
• Feedback voltage is 1.230V typical at (ILOAD = 50mA, TA = 25°C)
• Operating ambient temperature range from 0°C to 70°C (commercial), 8-lead plastic SO package
