LT6700HS6-1#WTRMPBF is a micropower, low voltage, dual comparator with 400mV reference. This comparator has one input available externally, the other inputs are connected internally to the reference. The comparator outputs are open collector and the output load can be referred to any voltage upto 18V, independent of supply voltage. The output stage sinking capability is guaranteed to be greater than 5mA over temperature. It is widely used in application like battery-powered system monitoring, threshold detectors, window comparators, relay driving, industrial control systems, handheld instruments, automotive monitor and controls.

• Total threshold error is ±1.25% maximum at 25°C
• Inputs and outputs operate to 36V, wide supply voltage range from 1.4V to 18V
• One inverting input and one noninverting input, suitable for use as a window comparator
• Low quiescent current is 6.5µA typical at 5V
• Internal hysteresis is 6.5mV typical
• Low input bias current is ±10nA maximum at VS = 1.4V, 18V, VIN = VS, TA = 25°C
• Over-The-Top® input also includes ground, open-collector outputs allow level translation
• Supply current is 5.7µA typical at (VS = 1.4V), TA = 25°C
• Operating temperature is -40°C to 125°C
• Package style is 6-lead plastic TSOT-23, AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications
