ANALOG DEVICES LT3060MPTS8-5#TRMPBF LDO Voltage Regulator, Fixed, 1.6 to 45V in, 300mV Drop, 5V / 0.1A Out, TSOT-8, -55 to 150 °C

LT3060MPTS8-5#TRMPBF is a micropower, low dropout voltage (LDO) linear regulator designed to operate over a wide 1.6V to 45V input supply range. With a typical dropout voltage of 300mV, this device supplies 100mA of output current. Utilizing a single external capacitor, it offers programmable low-noise reference performance and output soft-start functionality. The LT3060 boasts a mere 40?A quiescent current, providing fast transient response with a minimum 2.2?F output capacitor. During shutdown, the quiescent current drops to less than 1?A, and the reference soft-start capacitor is reset. Optimizing stability and transient response with low ESR, ceramic output capacitors, the LT3060 regulators do not require the addition of ESR, as is common with other regulators. Applications include battery-powered systems, automotive and industrial power supplies, avionic power supplies, and portable instruments.

• 5V regulated output voltage at (5.55V < VIN < 45V, 1mA < ILOAD < 100mA)
• Operating junction temperature range from -55°C to 150°C, 8-lead plastic ThinSOT package
