LT3028IFE#PBF is a dual, micropower, low-noise, low-dropout regulator with independent inputs. Equipped with an external 0.01µF bypass capacitor, it maintains a low output noise of just 20µVRMS across a 10Hz to 100KHz bandwidth. Designed for battery-powered systems, its low quiescent current of 30µA per output makes it an ideal choice. In shutdown mode, the quiescent current drops to less than 0.1µA. Each output has independent shutdown control, providing flexibility in power management. Operating within an input voltage range of 1.8V to 20V, Output 1 can supply 500mA with a dropout voltage of 320mV, while output 2 can deliver 100mA with a dropout voltage of 300mV. Quiescent current is well-controlled even in dropout conditions. Applications for this regulator include cellular phones, pagers, battery-powered systems, frequency synthesizers, wireless modems, and tracking/sequencing power supplies.
