LT1765EFE#TRPBF is a 1.25MHz monolithic buck switching regulator. It features a high efficiency 3A, 0.09ohm switch integrated on the die, along with all the control circuitry necessary to construct a high frequency, current mode switching regulator. Current mode control ensures fast transient response and excellent loop stability. Through innovative design techniques, high efficiency is achieved even at high switching frequencies across a wide operating voltage range. Additionally, a low dropout internal regulator maintains consistent performance over a broad range of inputs, from 24V systems to Li-Ion batteries. The operating supply current of 1mA improves efficiency, particularly at lower output currents. When in shutdown mode, the quiescent current reduces to 15?A. Furthermore, the maximum switch current remains constant at all duty cycles. Applications include DSL modems, portable computers, regulated wall adapters, battery-powered systems, and distributed power.
