HMC8074LP6GE is a quadband MMIC VCO that integrates the resonators, negative resistance devices, varactor diodes, and features two RF output pins. The VCO�s phase noise performance is excellent over temperature, shock, and process due to the oscillator�s monolithic structure. Typical application includes test equipment and industrial controls, VSAT radio, point to point/multi-point radio, military end-use.

• Frequency range from 8.3 to 10.1GHz (band 1, TA = -40°C to +85°C, Vcc = +4.75V)
• Tuning sensitivity is 200MHz/V (typ, band 1, TA = -40°C to +85°C, Vcc = +4.75V)
• Power output is -10dBm (typ, RF2, TA = -40°C to +85°C, Vcc = +4.75V)
• SSB phase noise is -76dBc/Hz (typ, 10KHz, band 1, TA = -40°C to +85°C)
• Supply voltage range from 4.50 to 5V (TA = -40°C to +85°C, Vcc = +4.75V)
• Total supply current (ICB + ICx) (VCB = VCx = +4.75V) is 60mA (typ, TA = -40°C to +85°C)
• Tune voltage (VTUNE) range from 0.5 to 13.0V (TA = -40°C to +85°C)
• 40 lead SMT package, operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
