ANALOG DEVICES ADP1713AUJZ-1.8-R7 LDO Voltage Regulator, Fixed, 2.5 to 5.5V in, 1.8V / 0.3A Out, TSOT-5, -40 to 125 °C

ADP1713AUJZ-1.8-R7 is a low dropout linear regulator that operates from 2.5V to 5.5V and provides up to 30 mA of output current. The low 170mV dropout voltage at a 300mA load improves efficiency and allows operation over a wide input voltage range. Using a novel scaling architecture, ground current is very low at 75?A when driving a 100?A load, making the ADP1713 ideal for battery-operated portable equipment. It is optimized for stable operation with small 2.2?F ceramic output capacitors, enabling good transient performance while occupying minimal board space. An enable pin controls the output voltage on all devices, and an undervoltage lockout circuit disables the regulator if IN drops below a minimum threshold. The parts also feature short circuit protection and thermal overload protection, preventing damage to the devices in adverse conditions. Applications include mobile phones, digital cameras, audio devices, portable and battery-powered equipment, and post dc-dc regulation.
