ANALOG DEVICES ADM8316WDZ30ARJZR7 Voltage Supervisor, 1 Monitor, SOT-23, 900 mV to 5.5 V Supply

ADM8316WDZ30ARJZR7 is a supervisory circuit that monitors power supply voltage levels and code execution integrity in microprocessor-based systems. As well as providing power-on reset signals, an on-chip watchdog timer can reset the microprocessor if it fails to strobe within a preset timeout period. A reset signal can also be asserted by an external push-button switch through a manual reset input. Applications include automotive infotainment, microprocessor systems, computers, controllers, intelligent instruments, portable equipment.

• Supply current (WDI floating) is 10µA typical at (VCC = 5.5V)
• VCC operating voltage range from 0.9V to 5.5V
• Reset threshold temperature coefficient is 20ppm/°C typical at (TA = 25°C)
• Active-low MR input pulse width is 1µs minimum at (TA = 25°C)
• WDI pulse width is 50ns minimum at (VIL = 0.3 × VCC, VIH = 0.7 × VCC)
• Open-drain reset output leakage current is 1µA maximum at (TA = 25°C)
• Active-low MR glitch rejection is 100ns typical at (TA = 25°C)
• 3V reset threshold, 1120ms minimum reset timeout, 25.6sec typ watchdog timeout
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 5-lead SOT-23 package
