ADCMP380-2ACBZ-RL7 is an ultralow power voltage comparator with internal reference suitable for use in general-purpose applications. The ultralow power consumption of this device makes it suitable for power efficiency-sensitive systems, such as battery-powered portable devices and energy meters. It is available with a 0.5V and 1V internal reference with ±2.2% and ±1.6% accuracy, respectively, over the full temperature range; this internal reference enables the device to monitor the node of interest accurately to 0.5V. The enable input allows the user to hold the output low regardless of the state of the input. It is used in applications such as portable/battery-operated equipment, battery monitors, and energy harvesting.

• VCC quiescent current is 92nA typical at (OUT high, VCC = 2V to 5.5V, VIN <lt/> VCC + 0.3V)
• Precision low voltage monitoring down to 0.5V, comparator with on-chip reference
• Open-drain type output, input glitch immunity
• Propagation delay is 23?s typical at (IN falling with VREF × 10% overdrive)
• Operating voltage range from 2V to 5.5V, hysteresis is 90mV typ at (VCC = 2V to 5.5V)
• Reference voltage is 1V typ at (VREF = 1V, VCC = 2V to 5.5V, VIN <lt/> VCC + 0.3V)
• Leakage current is 5nA maximum at (VOUT = VCC = 5.5V, TA = 25°C)
• In glitch rejection is 10.3mV typical at (VCC = 2V to 5.5V, VIN <lt/> VCC + 0.3V, TA = ?40°C to +85°C)
• Open-drain output, operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
• 6-ball wafer level chip scale package [WLCSP]
