ANALOG DEVICES AD9148BBCZ Digital to Analogue Converter, 16 bit, 1 GSPS, SPI, 1.8V to 3.3V, CSPBGA, 196 Pins

AD9148BBCZ is a quad, 16bit, high dynamic range, digital-to-analogue converter (DAC) that provides a sample rate of 1000MSPS. This device includes features optimized for direct conversion transmit applications, including gain, phase, and offset compensation. A serial peripheral interface (SPI) is provided for the programming of the internal device parameters. Full-scale output current can be programmed over a range of 8.7mA to 31.7mA. The device operates from 1.8V and 3.3V supplying a total power consumption of 3W at the maximum sample rate. It is used in applications such as wireless infrastructure, LTE, TD-SCDMA, WiMAX, W-CDMA, CDMA2000, GSM MIMO/transmit diversity, and digital high or low IF synthesis.

• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, 196- ball CSP-BGA package
