PS1-PH3-20 SGX series PS1 solid polymer electrolyte gas sensor is using a revolutionary 'solid polymer electrolyte' technology that is based on the principle of catalytic reaction. The target gas to be measured generates a very small current, proportional to the gas concentration. Our technology offers a stable, high-quality, and cost-effective manufacturing process. Key applications include TLV monitoring and parking garages.
- Small size, high sensitivity, wide temperature range
- Fast response time, no electrolyte leakage, low cost at large volumes
- Individually calibrated (including test report)
- 150± 30nA / ppm sensitivity, measurement range from 0 to 20ppm
- ±2nA zero current, 50ppm maximum overload, T50 < 10s, T90 < 30s response time
- 1% repeatability, 0.1ppm lower detectable limit, 50ppm linear range
- 0.01ppm resolution (16Bit ADC), pressure range from 800 to 1200 hPa
- Operating humidity range from 15-95% RH, <1%/month long-term drift
- > 3 years in air expected lifetime, <0.2ppm zero drift in clean air, <60s warm up time
- 12 months storage life and warranty, PPO housing material, temperature range from -40°C to +55°C
