Super smooth bearings!
I bought this item to try to make a crappy tripod stand better. I didn't expect this level of greatness! Right out the box, this piece feels solid! Smooth panning. The bolt goes all the way through the sleeve, so you might have to drill a hole into your stand's pole cap, or remove the cap altogether (like I did). My spot ops are going to be SO happy with this upgrade!
