This T2C RGB LED Tube Light from amaran is an innovative 2' tube featuring RGBWW output, an adjustable 2500-7500K color temperature, and creative color control for a range of looks and lighting effects. With an output of 475 lux at 3.3' (5600K) and Sidus Link app compatibility, this light is ideal for content creators, filmmakers, and photographers alike. It features a wide range of mounting options, including NATO rail, 1/4"-20 threads, and 3/8"-16 threads with Arri-type locating pins. The included 77Wh swappable battery grip allows the light to be powered anywhere without worrying about outlets or additional cables. The T2C can be controlled using DMX with a separately available USB-C to 5-Pin DMX512 in & out adapter cable, adding professional-level control to an individual unit or groups of lights.
The T2C operates using the included multi-voltage AC power supply or the included custom battery grip, which securely locks into place on the end of the tube and provides hours of continuous use at max output. The amaran T2C is made for photographers who need a 2' linear lighting solution with full-color control, battery-operability, and intuitive mounting options. The optical and linear design of the light is suitable for in-camera practicals, soft wraparound light, or as an accent light when shooting people or products. The RGBWW chipset provides you with full control over the output and can easily add a splash of color to a scene.

Excellent Value Option for RGBWW Tube Lights
Probably one of the best values in the RGBWW Tube market. Excellent integration with the App and generally wireless connectivity. Good color quality and a decent amount of light output. This tube pairs very well with the amaran 2' egg crate to control lighting. The compact cases are also a benefit. Probably not well suited for the rental market.

Wonderful cheaper and easier option than an astera titan
The sidus app works so well to quickly control your tubes. Lots of mounting points. A full 2' tube since the battery comes off. Lasts a long time. This is well made. Great job Aputure!! And vs the titans - well - the sidus app is so so so much faster and easier.
Not the best
Built quality is definitely cheap. The mounting points don't hold very well and one of the two tubes I ordered has stoped working within two months. The battery will no longer charge. Super disappointing.
Great design, needs firmware update
It's compact and bright. Love the variety of mounting points/options. All the basic functionality works great, but there is some general bugginess surrounding the Sidus functionality-especially with the gels. Sidus displays a much larger array of gels than are found in the gels menu on the light, but selecting any of the extra gels changes the light to a random color not related to the gel you picked. Even worse though, is the gels that are available on the light aren't correctly mapped in Sidus, so picking Full CTB results in the light displaying 3/4 CTB, Double CTB gave me CTO, etc. I don't know if this is an issue with the light or the app, but it severely limits the gels functionality. The software side in general seems like it might have been rushed (Welding is mispelled as Wending in the FX menu), but it certainly doesn't diminish how great of a deal this light is for the functionality it provides.
Amazing Value!
It's amazing to get this sort of value and build quality for the price. Super sturdy, and though a bit off balanced (due to the battery just being on one end), I'm more than happy with what I get in this package. Sturdy enough to use a cardellini clamp for mounting on a c-stand. Have one of their 4' versions as well, and between the two, it gives me a lot of versatility for easily placed accent lighting.
