Designed to hold filters of all types and uses that are mounted in standard 2" eyepiece filter frames, the Alpine Astronomical Baader UFC Filter Slider is an integral part of their Universal Filter Changer System. For use, it simply slides into the optional UFC filter base to enable fast and easy filter changes for astrophotography. With the whole UFC system installed between your camera lens and telescope, changing filters is as easy as removing the slider, swapping filters, and reinstalling in the UFC base. There is no need to disassemble your whole rig. The slider has a magnetic catch that secures it to the base to hold it in place during use.
