The webcam also supports Windows Hello facial recognition, which lets you log in with just a smile. Additionally, this 1920 x 1080 Full HD monitor is factory calibrated to high color accuracy, with high-dynamic range color providing bright highlights and deep shadows to images while Adaptive-Sync technology helps to eliminate screen tearing and stuttering from videos. The razor-thin bezel design makes the B248Y ideal for multi-monitor configurations, which can be set up using the convenient DisplayPort Out port to enhance your multitasking efficiency. Quickly plug in peripherals such as keyboards, mice, and flash drives through the integrated USB 3.1 Gen 1 hub, which connects to your system through the USB Type-C port. Other features include a Gigabit Ethernet port, a fully adjustable stand, and technologies that help to ensure comfort when viewing the screen for prolonged periods of time.
Convenient Video Conferencing
The adjustable webcam allows you to find the perfect angle to communicate during video meetings. This monitor also includes a built-in microphone and 2W stereo speaker system. Use the separate 3.5mm headphone and microphone jacks for added privacy.
This 1920 x 1080 resolution, 75 Hz Full HD monitor delivers crisp, bright images with a 1000:1 static contrast ratio, 250 nits, and 4 ms response time.
This 23.8" In-Plane Switching (IPS) panel is factory calibrated for Delta E<2 accuracy, supporting 16.7 million colors covering 72% of the NTSC gamut with high-dynamic range.
Adaptive-Sync technology synchronizes the monitor's frame rate with that of the graphics card to reduce screen tearing, motion blur, and other artifacts from videos.
Connect the Acer B248Y to your system through the DisplayPort and HDMI inputs. Data may be transferred through the USB 3.1 Type-C port while the Gigabit Ethernet port allows you to connect to compatible networks through the monitor.
Use the 4-port USB hub to quickly connect peripherals to your system through the monitor.
USB 3.1 Gen 1 features a maximum throughput of 5 Gb/s. USB 3.1 Gen 1 and USB 3.0 are synonymous.
Link multiple compatible screens together through a single connection using the DisplayPort Out port.
Acer VisionCare 3.0 technology helps to reduce eyestrain by detecting the amount of light in the environment, then automatically adjusting the display settings for optimal comfort.
