8Sinn 8-USPAD+8-10ADP Overview
Easily move your camera rig to a shoulder-mounted rig with this 10" Universal Shoulder Pad with ARRI Dovetail Plate. Featuring a shoulder pad and an ARRI-compatible dovetail plate, this setup allows you to shoulder-mount virtually any camera rig that mounts on a tripod or other support platform using an ARRI-compatible dovetail. The pad features multiple accessory mounting points, while the dovetail plate features an integrated safety catch to help prevent your camera from accidentally sliding off the dovetail plate. The 10" plate allows you to adjust the balance of the camera forward or back on your shoulder.
Compatible with most camera rig configurations, this Universal Magnetic Shoulder Pad and Top Plate from 8Sinn features a soft pad for your shoulder and a top plate to attach it to your rig. The two components are attached to one another with magnets for a secure but easily disassembled design. One 1/4"-20 and one 3/8"-16 screw on the top plate secure it to a baseplate or camera cage.
All around the rig are 1/4"-20 threads and ARRI anti-twist 3/8"-16 threads for integration with rod mount bridges or other accessories. The top plate's aluminum construction creates a lightweight and durable mounting point, while the bottom pad's soft material extends your handheld shooting time.
The 8Sinn 10" ARRI Dovetail Plate can be used with 8Sinn's 15mm Baseplate or 3rd-party ARRI dovetail bridge plates to balance large camera setups with large lenses. The plate is designed with cutouts throughout its length so that it can be more lightweight. In this minimalist design made out of a single piece of aluminum, the plate offers reinforced 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads, a release pin, and a stopper screw.
