ZWO ASI585MC Pro Overview
Capture stunning, high-resolution deep sky object and planetary images with the ASI585MC-P Pro Cooled Color Astronomy Camera from ZWO. Equipped with a Sony IMX585 CMOS sensor, the camera achieves 8.3MP resolution with low read noise and no amp glow. It transmits data to your computer quickly, thanks to the USB 3.0 interface and DDR3 512MB cache, with a frame rate as high as 47 fps. The two-stage thermoelectric cooler lowers the sensor temperature by 95°F below ambient, dramatically reducing dark current noise for a clean image even with very long exposures. Cooling also allows you to match your calibration frames to your imaging for optimal signal-to-noise ratio. The camera's 40ke full well capacity allows for long exposures and helps avoid overexposure issues.
