The ZeeVee HDBridge 2520 2-Ch 720p Encoder & Modulator converts four Component or VGA sources into cable channels and broadcasts them over existing coax cabling to an unlimited number of tuner-equipped displays.
The 2520 features two full-sized DIN inputs and includes two 3 ft DIN to multi-RCA breakout cables that enable connecting Component video, Composite closed captions, and digital and analog audio. Optional ZeeVee DIN to VGA cables are required for connecting VGA sources. Component and VGA inputs are ideal for connecting satellite receivers and digital signage players.
Video is encoded into MPEG-2 and audio into AC-3. VGA input supports a wide range of resolutions from 640 x 480p/i to 1280 x 720p, and Component input supports 720p60 and 480p/i. VGA inputs can also be broadcast in 1080p/i30 centered in the best vertical fit. 1RU rack ears are integrated. Linking up to built-in tuners eliminates the need for matrix switches or receivers. Output to an unlimited number of displays is possible by using optional splitters.
