Don't Do It
I wanted to love this item so much. Unfortunately all these Westcott backdrops are made of a thin synthetic material (I bought five different ones and they were all disappointing). If you were hoping for anything resembling a painted canvas with texture, think again. Sunlight will actually filter through these, so, if you are shooting outside, you will need something behind it. The backdrop is quite flimsy, and the colors are not as rich and antique-y as they look in the picture. The fabric also has a shiny-ness to it. These really lack texture.
