VigilLink HDMI Video/Live Streamer Overview
Switch and stream from HDMI or VGA sources to an internet CDN with the HDMI Video/Live Streamer from VigilLink. This compact appliance allows you to input HDMI video up to UHD 4K60 or VGA up to 1080p60 and live stream H.264 video up to 1080p60 to an internet site such as Facebook or YouTube.
Features include three simultaneous streams from the same source, automatic downscaling, recording to SD card, HDCP 2.2 compliance, EDID management, automatic switching, and control the unit via front panel, a web GUI, telnet, or RS-232. You can also add overlays such as a countdown timer and schedule recordings.

- Supports basic text overlay over live broadcasts, including a countdown timer
- Integrated downscaling function will convert UHD+ video content up to 4K60 and down to 1080p or lower for live video broadcast and recording
- Generates three simultaneous streams from the same video source (1080p60, 1080p30, VGA 30 fps) for easy system integration at multiple bandwidth targets
- Supports automatic input switching
- Advanced EDID management including internal, external, and user-configured EDID selections
- Control via front-panel buttons, WebGUI, Telnet, and RS-232
System Requirements
- HDMI or VGA source equipment such as a media player, video game console, computer, or video camera
- Available streaming server destination such as YouTube or Facebook or a recording storage target such as an SD card or USB thumb drive
- HDMI receiver equipment such as an HDTV, monitor, or audio amplifier
- The use of high-speed HDMI cables is highly recommended
- To view RTSP streams directly on the local network, RTSP stream compatible video player software (such as VLC Media Player or PotPlayer) must be used
