Velbon M47 Tripod Overview
The Velbon M47 4-Section Aluminum Tripod with 2-Way Fluid Head supports up to 4.4 lb and features a maximum height of 61" with the center column raised and 49.2" with the column lowered. The tripod is lightweight at only 2.1 lb yet provides the height of most full-size tripods. Its compact design makes it ideal for travel and many other applications. An integrated fluid head with a pan bar allows you to make smooth pan and tilt adjustments.
The tripod features quick-locking leg levers that allow you to adjust its height on the fly, and it offers a quick release camera mounting platform so you can easily remove your camera for handheld use. The mounting platform can be attached facing forward or sideways.
