Product Overview
TC74HC4066AF(EL,F) is a high-speed CMOS quad bilateral switch fabricated with silicon gate C²MOS technology. It consists of four independent high speed switches capable of controlling either digital or analogue signals while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. Control input (C) is provided to control the switch. The switch turns ON while the C input is high, and the switch turns OFF while low. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge or transient excess voltage.

- High noise immunity - VNIH = VNIL = 28% VCC (min)
- ON resistance is 96ohm typ (VIN = VIHC, 4.5V, Ta = 25°C)
- Sine wave distortion (T.H.D) is 0.05% typ (4.5V, fIN = 1KHz, VIN = 4Vp-p, at VCC = 4.5V, Ta = 25°C)
- Pin and function compatible with TC4066B series
- Supply voltage range from 2 to 12V, Control input current is ±100nA max at (VIN = VCC or GND)
- Quiescent supply current is 1.0?A max (6.0V, VIN = VCC or GND, Ta = 25°C)
- Crosstalk (control input to signal output) is 60mV typ (4.5V, RL = 600 ohm, CL = 50pF, Ta = 25°C)
- Control input current is ±100nA max (VIN = VCC or GND, Ta = 25°C)
- 14-pin SOP package, operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
