STM32WBA55CGU6 is a multiprotocol wireless 32bit, Arm®-based Cortex®-M33 with TrustZone®, FPU, Bluetooth® 5.4 and IEEE 802.15.4 radio solution MCU. This operates at a frequency of up to 100MHz. The device integrates a 2.4GHz RADIO supporting Bluetooth low energy, and makes it possible to use proprietary protocols. It is based on a high-performance Arm Cortex-M33 32bit RISC core, featuring a single-precision floating-point unit (FPU), supporting all the Arm single-precision data-processing instructions and all the data types. This core also implements a full set of DSP (digital signal processing) instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) that enhances the application's security. The device embeds high-speed memories, an extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to AHB and APB buses on the 32bit multi-AHB bus matrix. The device offers a security foundation compliant with the TBSA (trusted-based security architecture) requirements from Arm.
