The kit includes an iSeries hard-shell case custom-designed to hold a RODECaster Pro II and two PodMics, plus a RODECover II polycarbonate cover to protect sensitive faders, knobs, and touchscreen.

SKB iSeries RODECaster Pro II Hard-Shell Case

Protect your Rode podcasting equipment from the elements with the SKB iSeries RODECaster Pro II Hard-Shell Case, an injection-molded, MIL-STD, waterproof case made of high-strength polypropylene copolymer resin. It utilizes a gasket-sealed, dust and watertight, submersible design with a molded-in hinge and an automatic ambient pressure equalization valve to keep your gear dry and safe. Its form-cut PE foam interior is shaped to house a RODECaster Pro II integrated podcast production studio and up to two Rode PodMics, making it ideal for storage and transport of your podcasting setup.

Two additional accessory pockets easily accommodate a power supply, miscellaneous cables, and adapters. When the PodMic custom cutout is not needed, the foam can be removed to provide an additional cavity for storage. Other features include a trigger-release latch system, a snap-down rubber overmolded cushion grip handle, and resistance to UV, solvents, corrosion, fungus, and impact damage.

Versatile Internal Configurations

While the primary form-cut PE foam is designed specifically to house the RODECaster Pro II Production Console, the case interior also includes a removable pocket for two Rode PodMics as well as two additional accessory pockets. If the PodMic cutout is not needed, the custom foam insert can be removed to provide an open cavity for additional storage. The main compartment measures 16.25 x 5 x 4" without the custom foam PodMic insert. The smaller compartments measure 9.25 x 2 x 4.25" and 9.12 x 2 x 2.75".

SKB iSeries Injection Molded Mil-Standard Waterproof Cases are molded of ultra high-strength polypropylene copolymer resin, featuring a gasket-sealed, water and dust tight, submersible design (MIL-STD 810G) that is resistant to corrosion and impact damage. Standard features include a molded-in hinge, patented trigger-release latches, snap-down rubber overmolded cushion grip handle, automatic ambient pressure equalization valve (MIL-STD 810G), and resistance to UV, solvents, corrosion, fungus, and impact damage (MIL-STD 810G).
