The Cage Baseplate with Handle from SHAPE works specifically with the Canon EOS C400 camera. The form-fitted cage is designed to facilitate mounting on a tripod or used as a shoulder-mounted rig. The package includes two pairs of 15mm rods (4 and 8"), a left handle with push-button technology, a pivoting mounting plate with a mini push button, and two side arms (one being a NATO arm).

Form-fitted for the Canon EOS C400, this sturdy and durable cage is made of CNC aluminum, and it provides several 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 accessory mounting options with ARRI-type anti-rotating threaded holes. The cage features an integrated ARRI-type rosette and comes with a pivoting mounting plate with a mini push-button and two side arms, one of these being a NATO arm.
This pair of Shape 15mm Aluminum Rods (4") connect into your camera rig, extend it, and let you add various Shape and third-party accessories compatible with 15mm rods. With these two rods and with a few fundamental accessories, you can most certainly even begin building your own rig from scratch.
