BV1LE080EFJ-CE2 is an automotive IPD 2ch low-side switch IC with an output diagnostic function. It has built-in OCP, Dual TSD, and active clamp function. It is equipped with an output diagnostic function for TSD. Application includes driving resistive, inductive, and capacitive load.
