Use your DB9 serial device with your computer with this convenient 6' USB-A to RS-232 / DB9 Serial Null Modem Adapter Cable from Rocstor.
It includes USB-A male connector on one end and an RS-232 / DB9 serial female connector on the other, allowing you to transfer data between compatible devices. This cable also has a COM retention feature that allows it to keep the same COM port value, even when the cable is disconnected and the computer is rebooted. The integrated FTDI chipset supports additional customization and advanced features in addition to providing expanded compatibility with Windows, Windows CE, macOS, and Linux devices.
