S5D9 is a 120MHz Arm® Cortex®-M4 CPU microcontroller. It is optimal for HMI applications that require a wide section of connectivity, the S5D9 MCU Group delivers processing performance, supports an Ethernet with a PTP controller, and offers up to 2MB of flash memory and 640KB of SRAM. It provides analogy signal conditioning with programmable gain amplifiers for analogy processing, colour graphics with a TFT LCD Controller, and a 2D Drawing Engine.
