R5F51116ADFM#5A is a RX100 Series, RX111 group 32bit microcontroller with small-capacity ROM/low pin count line-up and built-in USB 2.0. With USB 2.0 for battery charging (BC 1.2), low consumption current and fast wakeup from standby, this microcontroller is suitable for use in computer peripherals, and healthcare and wearable devices. With their three-phase motor control timers, it is also suitable for motor control applications in home appliances and industrial equipment.
