Equipped with three 940nm covert IR LEDs, the black VARIO2 PoE i2-1 Short-Range IR Network Illuminator from Raytec provides up to 101.5' of IR illumination to help night vision cameras produce clear images in even total darkness. The unit's interchangeable lens system with HRT is designed to deliver even illumination without causing overexposed white spots. Three lenses are included, a 10 x 10° circular, a 35 x 10°, and a 60 x 25° elliptical lens.
PoE technology simplifies installation by enabling data and power to travel via a single cable. Suitable for outdoor use, the illuminator is housed in an IP66-rated weather-resistant enclosure.

The VARIO2 PoE illuminator can be plugged into network infrastructure to simplify installation.
VARIO Interchangeable Lens System
The angle of illumination can be quickly and precisely adjusted by changing the VARIO holographic lens insert to match your camera's field of view.
Hot-Spot Reduction Technology (HRT)
Hot-Spot Reduction Technology (HRT) produces a highly diffused elliptical beam to deliver more light where it is needed, maximizing illumination range and minimizing light wastage. HRT also prevents overexposure of foreground objects.
LED Status Indicator
An LED status indicator is built into the illuminator for quick feedback on status and performance.
Platinum Elite SMT LED Technology
The VARIO2 pairs Platinum Elite SMT LED technology with the Cool Running thermal management system for flexible and reliable performance.
Advanced Security Settings
The programming inputs on both the VARIO remote control (available separately) and the VARIO2 illuminator can be disabled if required. Additionally, the remote control can be given a PIN code to lock-in settings and limit access.
Green Technology
Green features including power adjustment make for energy savings. The optional remote control offers timer functionality.
