OREI UHD-EXB400R Overview
The 4K HDMI over HDBaseT Extender with IR/CEC/PoC from OREI enables you to transmit and receive HDMI 2.0 video and audio signals with HDR support up to UHD 4K over distances up to 394' via HDBaseT over Cat 5e/6 cable. The system is suitable for office, house of worship, and home theater setups where the HDMI source device is located at a remote distance from the display.
Uncompressed UHD 4K Transmission
Supporting 18 Gb/s bandwidth, HDCP 2.2 compliance, Dolby/DTS audio, and HDR passthrough, this extender set transmits over HDBaseT to preserve sharp detail and contrast from source to display.
Local HDMI Loop Output
Easily monitor your source content locally with the HDMI loop output on the transmitter. This feature is perfect for installations where both source-side and remote displays are needed to simplify content distribution without requiring additional splitters or hardware.
HDR Support
The transmission preserves vivid color and contrast with HDR, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and HLG passthrough support.
Audio De-Embedding
The receiver unit includes a 3.5mm stereo L/R analog audio output for audio de-embedding, giving you the flexibility to route sound to external systems independently.
Power over Cable
One-way Power over Cable (PoC) allows the system to operate with just one power adapter at the transmitter, reducing cable clutter.
Full Control
Featuring bidirectional IR, RS-232, and CEC passthrough, this HDBaseT extender offers complete device control from either end of the connection. Bidirectional IR control lets you manage devices from either location using the included IR blaster and receiver cables.
Compact Design
