The Meopta 12x50 MeoStar B1 Plus HD Binoculars provide a superior viewing experience by combining well-engineered optics and a wide field of view in a lightweight and durable housing.
The pairing of large 50mm objectives with the high 12x magnification produces the comfortable exit pupil and eye relief, ensuring you can see the whole landscape in front of you without eye strain if you spend long hours looking through them. Extra-low dispersion (ED) fluoride glass lenses, treated with proprietary MeoBright multicoatings, and compact Schmidt-Pechan prisms deliver vivid true-color images that are bright and crisp across the entire field of view. The lenses are further treated with Meopta's proprietary MeoShield and MeoDrop exterior coatings that protect the lens surfaces from scratches and makes cleaning oils and other contaminants easy without leaving residue. These coatings ensure the lenses stay free from imperfections that can interfere with your glassing experience and let you immerse yourself in the view.
Meopta designed the binoculars with ergonomics in mind to minimize user fatigue during long observations. Its large center focusing wheel is easy to use with either hand and a locking dioptric correction dial, located on the focusing knob, ensures precise focusing even if you normally wear corrective eyeglasses. The housing is made from a lightweight and durable aluminum alloy that is center weighted by the prism design, so they sit comfortably in the hand. Protective rubber armor wraps the body and provides a slip-resistant grip, especially in cold and wet conditions. The housing is nitrogen filled and sealed to be waterproof and resistant to internal fogging in extreme conditions.

- MeoDrop lens coatings repel water and allow grease, skin oils, and surface contaminants to be removed without residue that can impair view clarity
- Wide 64° apparent angle of view provides sweeping views of the terrain with reduced appearance of the distracting hand shake that is common when holding high-power optics
- Generous 279-foot field of view at 1000 yards
Use and Handling
- Closed-bridge configuration provides a solid and stable platform for the internal focusing mechanism
- Large slip-resistant center focusing knob with ±3 dioptric correction dial is easy to manipulate in cold and wet conditions, even while wearing gloves
