KIPON KI-BC-PL2X Overview
Double the focal length of your cine lens with the
KIPON Baveyes PL 2x Cine Extender. The sturdy metal adapter is designed for use with ARRI PL lenses. Its optical design employs seven lenses in four groups and uses the high refractive index and low-dispersion glass that delivers maximum contrast transmission and minimizes aberrations while avoiding ghosting and reflections already at the design stage. It allows light to pass through up to an aperture of f/1.4.
You can finely adjust the flange focal distance via the integrated rotary wheel without the use of tools and shims, and a 1/4"-20 thread allows you to set an optional support rod at the bottom of the adapter. The special design cutout at the front of the adapter makes mounting and dismounting easy while retaining adequate airflow. A lens checker is included to facilitate lens testing for compatibility with this adapter.
