The 82mm Kase Revolution Magnetic Portrait Set features 1/4 White Mist, 1/2 Black Mist, 1/4 Black Mist, and 1/8 Black Mist filters. These filters are designed to provide a soft and pastel effect to your images by increasing softness and haze. They allow for an emanation effect around bright areas, lowering the overall contrast to avoid overexposure in the highlights and creating a cinematic look.
Quality Construction
KW Revolution filters are made with shock-resistant and water-resistant optical glass that's durable, easy to clean, and doesn't cause any color cast. In addition to being magnetic, the filters are also front-threaded. This is one of the differences between the KW Revolution series and the earlier Wolverine series.
Versatility
This kit includes both the standard threaded adapter and the inlaid adapter supported by the KW Revolution and Skyeye series. The standard adapter screws onto your lens and lets you magnetically attach the filter to it. The inlaid adapter screws onto the front filter threads very close to the front lens element, remaining nearly hidden within the filter thread area and leaving hardly any space between the lens and filter. This results in minimized vignetting with wide-angle lenses when you attach the filter.
