150W LED driver PFC/LCC evaluation board with ICL5102HV. It is designed to demonstrate the superior performance of ICL5102HV which is a LED controller IC for lighting application up to 480VAC. It has superior THD performance of <10% at 30% load. Infineon's coreless transformer technology is utilized for a real high frequency and rugged MOSFET drive. The PFC + LCC/LLC controller and driver are integrated in one package allowing for a reduced number of components and cost savings. ICL5102HV is also equipped with rich protection features. Potential applications include LED lighting, AC/DC power supply and battery charger.
