ICE2QR1765GXUMA1 is a CoolSET�-Q1 series, the first generation of quasi-resonant integrated power IC. Operating the MOSFET switch in quasi-resonant mode, lower EMI, higher efficiency, and lower voltage stress on secondary diodes are expected for the SMPS. Based on the BiCMOS technology, the CoolSET�-Q1 series has a wide operation range (upto 25V) of IC power supply and lower power consumption. It also offers many advantages such as a quasi-resonant operation till a very low load increasing the average system efficiency compared to the other conventional solutions, the active burst mode operation enables an ultra-low power consumption at standby mode with small and controllable output voltage ripple. It is used in applications such as adapters/chargers, blue ray/DVD players, set-top boxes, digital photo frames, auxiliary power supplies of servers, PC, printers, TV, home, theatre/audio system, white goods, etc.
