BTT3018EJXUMA1 is a HITFETTM+ 24 single channel, smart low-side power switch. It provides embedded protective functions. The power transistor is built by a N-channel vertical power MOSFET. It is monolithically integrated. The BTT3018EJ is automotive qualified and is optimized for 24V automotive applications. It is suitable for resistive and inductive loads.
- Electrostatic discharge protection (ESD)
- Over current, active clamping and over temperature protection
- Over temperature latch shutdown, supply pin undervoltage protection
- Dedicated status signal, slew-rate control to adjust switching speed
- PWM switching capability of 20KHz (duty cycle 10%-90%)
- Qualified for automotive applications and product validation according to AEC-Q100/101
- On-state resistance is 16mohm typ at VDD=5V, TJ=25°C
- Nominal load current is 7A typ at TA=85°C, VDD=5V
- PG-TDSO-8 package
- Junction temperature range from -40 to 150°C
