The 1EDI3050 EVAL BOARD offers full flexibility to evaluate IGBT or SiC performance via 1EDI3050AS SPI functionality. It comes with a GUI to easily customize parameters based on different use cases. Typical application include traction inverters for HEV and EV, eDisconnect (solid state battery main disconnection) and eFuse (solid state HV auxiliaries disconnection). The EiceDRIVER� gate driver 1EDI305xAS is a high-voltage IGBT/SiC driver designed for automotive motor drives above 50KW. The device is based on Infineon�s Coreless Transformer (CT) technology, providing galvanic insulation between low voltage and high voltage domains. The device is designed to support 600 V, 750V and 1200V IGBT/SiC-MOSFET technologies.
