It features dual handles, a vacuum pump with gauge, USB-C charging with a data transfer bulkhead, and a dry lock port mount with vacuum valve. The Ikelite bulkhead has a manual hot shoe connection to enable reliable electrical triggering of optional external strobes via sync cords. Using an optional TTL hot shoe and a TTL converter allows TTL operation with compatible Ikelite DS strobes. Non-Ikelite strobes will work in manual mode only.

Ergonomic mechanical controls, including push buttons, dials, and levers, afford access to all essential camera functions. Built for durability, the enclosure is made from a corrosion-resistant polycarbonate and ABS-plastic blend. It is white on the front, top, sides, and bottom, but clear on the back, so you can monitor the O-ring seal and maintain your view of the camera's rear controls. The supplied aluminum tray has a left-hand quick release grip for improved balance and handling, and it offers an attachment point for an optional lighting arm.
