HDfury PCI-MX44UHD Overview
The HDfury PCI-MX 44UHD is a 4x4 HDMI Matrix Switch for an HTPC or a streaming computer. It allows you to route four HD sources to four HD displays. It provides four HDMI inputs, which allows you to connect devices such as the PS4, XBox One, cable box, Blu-ray player, and/or the HDMI output of your Android/Apple smartphone. It allows 32 viewing combinations of four HD sources on four HDTVs. The matrix switch provides Instant Port Switching (IPS) without any flash on other screens. This feature might be altered by the capability of the connected display to handle pixel clock changes.
The matrix switch supports up to 3840 x 2160 resolution 3D video, 36-bit deep color, x.v.Color, and high-definition multi-channel audio including Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio. The unit can be powered by one PCI-X slot available on any CPU motherboard. In addition, the matrix switch incorporates EDID management through a windows EDID application and a USB service port for matrix control.
