Train 236B LLMs and other local AI models from your desktop computer with the Gigabyte Z890 AORUS XTREME AI TOP LGA 1851 E-ATX Motherboard at its foundation. Featuring the Z890 chipset, this motherboard supports Intel Core Ultra Series 2 processors with the LGA 1851 socket and allows you to install a variety of high-performance components.
You can install up to 256GB of DDR5 memory across four slots. D5 Bionic Corsa and other technologies boost memory performance, supporting 9500 MT/s overclocked speeds. For storage, there's one M.2 PCIe 5.0 slot and three PCIe 4.0 slots for high-speed SSDs. There is also support for four SATA III drives to store your important data. Dual PCIe 5.0 x16 slots and one PCIe 4.0 x16 slot allow you to add multiple high-end GPUs and other expansions. The rear panel features two Thunderbolt 5 ports that work with 80 Gb/s compatible devices alongside ten 10 Gb/s USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports. A 40 Gb/s Thunderbolt 4 port may be added through the front panel using the internal header. Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) support and two 10G Ethernet ports provide high-speed connectivity to compatible network devices. Windows 11 or later is required to take advantage of all its features.
