Edifier MR5 Overview
Ideal for home studios and home entertainment systems, the Edifier MR5 is a tri-amplified studio monitor speaker with a 1" silk-dome tweeter for clear highs, 3.75" midrange drivers for solid mids, and a 5" cone woofer for deep lows. With two 55W Class-D amps and a MDF wood cabinet to reduce unwanted resonance, the MR5 delivers clear, accurate audio reproduction.
The MR5 monitor features convenient connections to a variety of professional and consumer devices, including balanced XLR and 1/4" TRS inputs, unbalanced RCA coaxial inputs, and two front-panel jacks: a 3.5mm aux input and a 3.5mm headphone output. The multifunctional knob on the front is used for power, volume, and selecting sound effects or custom EQ. The MR5 studio monitor includes an active speaker, a passive speaker, a speaker connection cable, a 3.5mm audio cable, and a 3.5mm to dual-RCA cable.
