Cokin Z-Pro Series Solid, Hard-Edge Graduated Neutral Density, and Polarizer Filter Kit with Z-Pro Series Filter Holder and Filter Wallet

This Cokin Z-Pro Series Filter Kit contains three filters that can be used individually or in various combinations to improve the results of your travel photography. The included filters consist of a 100 x 100mm solid neutral density filter, a 100 x 150mm graduated neutral density filter, and a circular polarizer filter.

Together, these filters provide a versatile solution for various lighting conditions. To allow these filters to be placed in front of a lens, this kit contains a filter holder for a Cokin Z-Pro Series Circular Polarizer Filter as well as rectangular Cokin Z-Pro Series filters that are 100mm wide and 1.6mm thick.

This kit's filter wallet provides a secure and convenient, transport and storage solution for up to five Cokin Z-Pro Series Filters, plus a Cokin Z-Pro Series Filter Holder with an attached filter holder adapter ring, and three additional Cokin Z-Pro Series filter holder adapter rings. For cleaning and maintenance of the filters which are made of durable, optical resin (CR39), a microfiber cloth is also included.

  The Cokin Z-Pro Series Filter Holder is designed to accommodate multiple Cokin Z-Pro Series Filters in order to help create the shot you envision. It can hold up to two rectangular filters, or two rectangular filters and one round filter such as a rotating circular polarizer, for the Cokin Z-Pro Series Filter Holders.
  
  Rectangular Cokin Z-Pro Series Filters are 100mm-wide and 1.6mm-thick. A Cokin Z-Pro Series Filter Holder Adapter Ring can be used to connect this filter holder to the front of a lens.

• 100 x 100mm 0.9 Neutral Density 154 Filter

  The Cokin 100 x 100mm 0.9 Neutral Density 154 Filter is a solid ND filter providing a 3-stop exposure reduction. This 0.9 density creates a darkening of the entire image, allowing you to photograph with a wider aperture or slower shutter speed than normally required. By slowing your exposure time or increasing your aperture, you can control depth of field and convey movement more easily. Neutral density filters do not affect the coloration of the image and are ideal for pairing with other filters.
  
  Cokin filters are constructed from optical resin and are notably light in weight, have a high resistance to shocks and drops, and provide optimum light transmission for high image quality. This filter measures 3.9 x 3.9" / 100 x 100mm and is compatible with the Cokin Z-Pro filter holder.

  0.9 ND filter darkens the image, allowing you to photograph with a longer shutter speed or wider aperture than normally required.

• Z-Pro Series Hard-Edge Graduated Neutral Density 0.6 Filter (2-Stop)

  This Cokin Z-Pro Series Hard-Edge Graduated Neutral Density 0.6 Filter is designed for use with a Cokin Z-Pro Series Filter Holder. It helps to darken specific areas of an image, such as bright skies, while allowing for a normal, unaffected exposure in the other regions of the image. The filter is densest at the edge and tapers to clear by the middle, with a hard-edged line of transition between the dense and clear areas. A neutral density filter with a hard-edged line of transition is useful for images which include defined horizon lines. Neutral density filters do not affect the coloration of the image and this filter provides up to a 2-stop reduction in light from entering a lens.

• Z-PRO 164 Circular Polarizing Resin Filter

  Cokin Z-PRO 164 Circular Polarizing Filter - Light rays which are reflected become polarized. Polarizing filters are used to select which light rays enter your camera lens. They can remove unwanted reflections from non-metallic surfaces such as water or glass and also saturate colors providing better contrast. The effect can be seen through the viewfinder and changed by rotating the filter.

  Z-PRO Filters are made of CR39 Resin which is a reputable lightweight and unbreakable optical material also used for ophthalmic glasses. The Z-PRO Series is recommended for focal lengths of 20mm onwards (in the 35mm format).

  Note: Circular polarizers are specifically designed for use with auto-focus SLR cameras (They will also work on manual systems and video cameras without problems).

• Z3068 Z-Pro Series Filter Wallet

  This Cokin Z3068 Z-Pro Series Filter Wallet is a secure and convenient transport and storage solution for up to five Cokin Z-Pro Series Filters, plus a Cokin Z-Pro Series Filter Holder with an attached filter holder adapter ring, and three additional Cokin Z-Pro Series filter holder adapter rings.
  
  Five padded, nonabrasive slots occupy half of the filter wallet and can each accommodate a Cokin Z-Pro Series filter measuring 100 x 100mm or 100 x 150mm, or a Cokin Z-Pro Series Polarizer Filter that is designed to be rotated within a filter holder. The slots can be easily accessed by opening the filter wallet's zippered closure and releasing its filter slot retaining strap. One end of the retaining strap is attached to the inside wall of the filter wallet, while the opposite end features a touch-tab fastener that connects to filter slot closest to the center of the filter wallet. When in use, this retaining strap stretches over the filter slots and prevents any inserted filters from accidentally sliding out while the filter wallet is opened.
  
  The remaining half of the filter wallet is a compartment with a wide, elastic retaining strap. That compartment accommodates a Cokin Z-Pro Series Filter Holder with an attached filter holder adapter ring, or a Cokin Z-Pro Series Wide-Angle Filter Holder with an attached filter holder adapter ring.   To further prevent any items from accidentally falling out when the filter wallet is opened, two pairs of safety gussets along its inside edge each connect using a touch tab fastener to form two hinges. When in use, these hinges prevent the Cokin Z3068 Z-Pro Series filter wallet from opening to an angle that is greater than 90°.
