Bower SFD35 Reviews
Great Flash for Great Price!
This is a great off camera flash for a great price. I didn't have any trouble with the flash delaying while shooting back to back shots.
4 ?
Four Stars only because I went with a cheaper model. Works great.
Wonderful inexpensive flash
I had carefully searched for flash for my Nikon D3200 and found the Nikon prices exorbitant. I looked at a number of inexpensive flashes and read the reviews. The SFD35 had some good and some very bad review but I thought it would be worth trying. I have used it a number of times now and find it works beautifully and does exactly what I want it to do.
impressive
The flash is sturdy and puts out plenty of light. Recharge time is quick. This is the first flash I have purchased to use on my Canon Reble T4i so I am still learning how to use it. Learning is a bit of a problem though because the manual available for the flash is NOT for the flash style I have. I beleive the manual is for an older version. Vivitar was no help. That said I am very happy with the flash.
Good general flash
Not a Ferrari, but takes you from point A to point B, IYKWIM.
Needs More
It might be a good tool but very little resources on how to use it. Was told it would work for a D3100 but trying everything and still not able to use it. Would've just been nice to know it wouldnt work Or properly explained on how to use.
Less than $75 - good for the money
Needed it for an event. Didn't want to break the bank. Got nice flash shots in a dark party environment with my 5d mk2.? After 2-3 quick shots, the 4th shot takes a little bit to recharge.
Not worth the money
When I got it it seems very plasticy and junky donno why they charge $50 for it!
