AUDIOROOT vmDBOX Overview
The vmDBOX Power Distributor for Sound Bag with Built-In Voltmeter from AUDIOROOT is a compact, lightweight, and colorful DC power distribution box meant to manage power in sound bags. The vmDBOX features six power outputs that are switchable with one rugged locking switch, and for each output there is one polyswitch 2.5A resettable fuse.
AUDIOROOT ensures that this unit is compatible with any battery ranging from 6.5 to 18V DC, and it is also recommended that the maximum total current load is 7A. The compactness of this unit is aided by how the cables are designed to enter and exit from the bottom of the unit, meaning that a smaller footprint is guaranteed and less space is taken up in the sound bag. Additionally, Switchcraft 760 locking connectors are used to keep your connections safe and in place, and with very low power consumption, this unit does not affect the battery's autonomy. Mounting this unit is easy as you can attach a belt clip to the top or bottom of the unit and fasten the clip to the pre-installed screws.
