ARTCISE EC5 Overview
Increase the height of your tripod or monopod with the EC5 2-Section Center Column Extension Tube from Artcise. This extension tube screws onto your tripod using a 1/4" or 3/8" screw and comes with bushing adapters that can be affixed to any tripod with a compatible mounting stud. A simple twist lock is used to adjust the height of the extension tube and can add a maximum of 14.2" to your configuration.
This column mounts to cameras, tripod heads, or any accessories featuring 1/4"-20 threads; use the included adapter to connect the column to accessories with 3/8"-16 threads. The 3/8"-16 bottom hole allows you to mount this column to tripods or monopods for additional height. This travel-friendly addition to your system weighs only 7.1 oz and is constructed out of carbon fiber to minimize additional weight. Once you are done shooting, collapse this tube to 8.9" for simpler transport.
