Add a full power station and charging kit to your production setup with this VCLX NM2 Package from Anton/Bauer. The package includes the VCLX NM2 NiMH 600Wh Free-Standing Battery, the VCLX 2 Charger for the VCLX NM2, and a 48" long XLR charging cable.
The multi-cell NiMH VCLX NM2 battery station provides multiple outputs to charge your gear, including a dual-voltage 28V/16A or 48V/12A 3-pin XLR, two 14.4V/12A 4-pin XLR outputs, and a 5V USB output. The included charger mounts onto the side of the VCLX NM2 and connects to its power input via the included 3-pin charging cable. It can charge the VCLX NM2 to full in approximately five hours.
For long-lasting power, the Anton Bauer VCLX NM2 NiMH 600Wh Free-Standing Battery has dual 14.4V outputs and single switchable 28/48V output, providing a single solution that can handle a wide variety of camera needs. This 600 NiMH battery provides dual simultaneous outputs and is ideal for high-current applications. Power output is via two 4-pin XLR connectors for 14.4V and one 3-pin XLR connector for 28/48V output.
This battery connects to the VCLX 2 charger (not included) and has an onboard computer that continuously communicates with the charger for maximum power efficiency. Exchanged information includes the battery age, self-discharge, charge/discharge rate, cell imbalance, and previously experienced charge/discharge cycles. Also built into the battery is an LCD screen that accurately displays the remaining battery capacity percentage at all times.
The Anton Bauer VCLX 2 Charger features a slim and portable design and allows you to charge your Anton Bauer VCLX NM2 battery. It mounts magnetically onto the battery for a slim package, and it charges your battery in approximately five hours using an advanced charging algorithm that provides the fastest possible charge.
While the charger includes a US IEC power cable, it supports 90 to 240 VAC input power, so you can power it throughout the world using an optional IEC power cable of your choice. A built-in 3-pin XLR connector allows you to charge your battery using an optional 3-pin XLR cable.
Made tough to stand up to the rigors of the production day while handling the extremes of temperature, the 48" Anton/Bauer XLR Charging Cable for VCLX 2 Charger is made specifically to handle charging your VCLX 2 charger. Featuring 3-pin XLR connectors, and 14 AWG wire gauge cable, you can safely charge your battery with this cable.
